ccbill bug?

I tried to sign up for some different ccbill adult affiliates, for example getrightcash, but after sign up process I do not see these accounts added to my ccbill account. I noticed this happening from ccbill went on new website and can be reached only through admin.ccbill.com Have you guys, noticed something like that or not?

I wrote to paysite's affiliate support and to ccbill, but they seems to know nothing about that.

TheDA 03-02-2010 03:44 AM

HOw long did you wait between signing up and looking for them in your CCBill account? Sometimes it can take a while.

diablom 03-02-2010 03:49 AM

I joined two sites on january and they are still not inside ccbill. After I joined another (which I really need to join) today, and could not see info I got nervous and thought I should do something about that. Bu the way, this is what ccbill wrote me when I last chat with them some minutes ago:

"I am not able find this program, every time I search for it I get an error. I will have to escalate this to our tier 2 department, once the have resolved the issue they will send you a confirmation email. They should get back to you within the next 24 hours."

Ah well if it was way back in January then I guess that is not normal. I just remember contacting them about this and I got a reply that it can take up to 24-48 hours or something surprising like that.

email paulk (at) ccbill.com and Paul will get it figured out for you really fast. I'll email ccbill support for simple things but for important things or if i don't get things resolved fast with normal support he is the guy to go to :thumbsup

This might sound like a stupid question, but you do realise there are multiple pages in the admin?

At the bottom there's a dropdown box so you can skip to page 2 with your affiliates.
They used to limit it to like, 25 items per page. Something like that anyway.

Argos88 03-02-2010 04:16 AM

some strange things going on ccbill lately..

first a payment problem and account underpaid (well, will they ever make a mistake but in favor of the affiliate??), then weird conversions and the last one is that instead of getting an email for new sales from ccbill I get some kind of email forwarding from the sponsor, quoting another email from ccbill saying that i got a sale... Just WEIRD.

NBBCash Matze 03-02-2010 04:19 AM

some programs like ours were switched to the new CCBill WMS system, you have to join them through admin.ccbill.com -> WMS -> add/compare program -> search -> add .. then you will get a participation ID and then you can promote (using link code wizard). The program/sponsor will get in touch with you and tell you what to do and how to promote with these new links and IDs. Thats how we do it at the moment. :)
But I don't know if the two programs you tried to join have been switched too.

I know that for sure :) Also I use nifty stats, so there should be listed all my ccbill affiliate accounts too

Thanks CBJ, I will keep Paul's contacts in my pocket now :)

Interesting. So some paysite owners may forget about that or even do not know anything about that and I will not be able to promote them

Va2k 03-02-2010 04:40 AM

I can't say much but I can say there new wms is pure SHIT! A little birdie told me a few big programs are dropping them. *shrugs*

NBBCash Matze 03-02-2010 04:45 AM

it's possible that they don't even know it but the nr. of programs running with wms is not really big so far. I am wondering why there not much threads about this topic visible on gfy.

Yea, I saw one biggy yesterday. There was written something like that: from now on we will not longer be with ccbill, every new webmasters should join through epoch.

NBBCash Matze 03-02-2010 05:12 AM

one problem is that the sponsor websites especially the promo tools have to be re-programed for WMS affiliates because of the changed ref codes (both ways to promote must be possible as a legacy affiliate and as a WMS affiliate). Overall the WMS has some nice new functions for affiliates and sponsors and they solved a lot of problems since January.

EscortBiz 03-02-2010 05:33 AM

def something with wms, let the sponsor know so they can try to have ccbill fix it, on escortdollars.com noone can join as an affiliate for almost 2 months now, hoping things get fixed soon

This has happened to me a NUMBER of times. The affiliate program IDs never showed up in my account. I made the mistake of just using another one of my affiliate numbers to promote the programs, until I found out the affiliate IDs needed to be specific to the program or you do not get credited.

At that point I tried to resign up to the same affiliate programs, and then it worked. I called them about this, but they said they never heard of this problem. It's good to know I was not alone on this.

Hopefully they are on it, as I would hate to think potential affiliates are attempting to join MY program, and then not getting an ID to promote my sites.

By the way, I also joined a program where the ID did not come through, so I joined 2 or 3 more times, and after a few minutes I had 3 IDs for the same program, so in some cases maybe it does take a few minutes, but some never came through at all - days and weeks later.

mmcfadden 03-02-2010 08:21 AM

I received an email a few times about the affiliate not seeing the program listed when he signed up. His affiliate ID was listed on the program side but he could not see it when logged in to his affiliate account.

It turned out he had 2 ccbill accounts and it was listed on his other account.

epitome 03-02-2010 08:25 AM

Did you call the support number plastered all over their site? They usually answer by the second ring.

if you go to escort dollars and you try to join by using the method that u already have a ccbill account it will not work, most people have ccbill accounts, i get complaints all the time.

all types of errors

BV 03-02-2010 04:44 PM

escort dollars appears to be in legacy mode and has not been migrated to wms, so it's probably not a wms issue

Let me know how it goes.

It's been overwhelming for everyone but Paul has been extremly helpful.

fatfoo 03-03-2010 03:17 AM

I have not noticed anything like that.

I'm curious to see which does better for you. Please share if you don't mind once your tests are complete.

Marquis85 03-03-2010 06:22 AM

I'm having the same problem. Two days ago I signed up to bunny buxxx and linked it to my ccbill account but I don't see it in my admin page.. however it was only two days ago so I' m sure it'll take a while to show up.

We have sent you an icq so we can discuss this further. I have done a test at bunny buxxx without any problems but I cannot locate your signup in the system so I would like to get to the bottom of it. Please get back to me on the icq or contact me at the below so we can investigate. Thanks.

Perhaphs it's time to contact Paul, because after long talking with ccbill via their support system, they told me nothing can not be found under my ccbill user. Strange...

However, I contacted getrightcash about this and their support told me, their scripts are up to date with ccbill and everything works fine from their side.

try again lots of issues that hwre on and off past few weeks seems to have been resolved, try joining again

diablom 03-09-2010 12:55 AM

I will try. By the way, I forgot to mention: They found a site which I joined February 19th 2010. But it was not added to ccbill until today.

NBBCash Matze 03-09-2010 04:11 AM

We have been switched back to legacy! :)

We are finally available again for all ccbill affiliates. New and old ref links are working but I prefer to use the old ones which I am more farmiliar with.

If you are still interested you can join us as before the confusing WMS appeared.
