Would like the list to not include a "personal" bank account approval but process based on existing site sales.

The ability to easily customize the join form.

Verotel - SMS/EUDD/Asian billing. ACH payments versus WIRE. Good rebilling/less declines.

I see 2-3% conversions on join hits and its ridiculous. 15 pages per visitor and conversions per join form hit that suck a donkey ass!

I would so go with netbilling and don't mind the 1500 for visa/mc... the time contract and no ability without nats to track affiliates steered me away right now.

You would need decent credit to get a merchant account and affiliate software is needed.

Sounds like CCbill, Epoch or another reputable IPSP would be the best solution for you right now.
