Experience to work on adult oritented websites....

* Portfolio of innovative web sites.
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
* Skilled in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, HTML, Flash
* Ability to create superior, original designs for the Web
* Strong design style, including creative design solutions within the constraints of the Internet.
* Strong conceptual skills, including online software concepts and online experience concepts
* Knowledge of Web site structure and functionality.
* Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory and typography in digital media.
* Experience of successful design and integration, and the delivery of projects on time and within budget
* PHP Programmer will be given priority...
* Salary 20,000 - 25,000£ Depend of quality of work and experience.

Wage isn't much tobe london based, living costs alone would take a massive chunk out of the salary

here's a bump for you. I'm guessing the market must be tough for designers if that's the kind of salary you're offering. I remember a few years ago it would have been at least 2,5 K a month.

I know london is expensive but if some one is living with family or partner or even student its a very good salary...
