Which script combo would you use for this?
 

Supose you want to start pay site for small local market and allow visitors to submit their clips and shit. Access would be charged mostly with sms billing (eveyone have cell phone these days and majority of people would rather send sms than pull their credit card) for few days access.
Now, I wqas looking into those tube scripts with premium option but than again there's tons of tubes around and potential buyer may think why would he pay for something that looks like just every other free tube site!
Is it better option to go with "normal" designed pay site and which cms would you use?
