Unfortunately you're always going to have people who get greedy. Its frustrating, yes. But, that's why we have a feedback system, so you can post your experience. There have been several publishers that have actually stopped refunding ads all willy-nilly because of the negative feedback they get from buyers when their ads are yanked.
It doesn't make any sense how some publishers refund great ads because they think the Advertiser is getting "too good of a deal" .. its ridiculous .. but I'm not entirely sure how to stop it from happening in an open marketplace.
As far as the downtime... We're growing.
I apologize for the downtime we have had this past week, but I won't apologize for success. The reason things are growing so fast here is because we have a great platform and a great service. Every company has bumps in the road.
I'm happy to say that the recent changes have stabilized the platform and things look *very* strong as of Saturday. I will continue to make changes this week to try to avoid future issues before they happen.
