epass virtual VISA and poker servers... WTF

I am trying to load my fulltilt or pokerstars account via the epass virtual visa as usual and it doesnt work ...wtf????

Its not possible to use the cards for gambling related transactions.
It may have been possible in the past if the transaction were coded as a non-gambling related transaction.
