For those that are unaware, Sleazy is a mate of the gang at Cybercat Inc.
I bought a horizontal banner spot there around a year ago, just for shits and giggles as I hadn't for a long time. Tried 8 different programs within a month period, and made $450 from the ad which cost $1000 (on special at the time).

Now it's "normal" to get 0 sales.
But this month I had 1 listing that converted in 10 sales

There are soooo many facrtors to consider such as quality and type of gallery, yada yada and it's not like the good old days, but with a good quality gallery and a bit of luck I have seen 2-4 sales in a day from a 1/2 way decent listing. Also honestly after the galleries get archived they now have become useless as the huns followers are "professional" free loaders and typically just look at the new listings. Now this info is from my own personal experiences and may not be the norm for all othere here.

Well, remember that the vast majority of porn surfers are Teenage boys who have no credit card. Those that have credit cards are a bit tapped out at the moment, but not totally dried up yet. Perhaps of we stop feeding the teens free porn and start offering the deal instead the conversions would happen.

Crazy, bizarre, off the way, totally whack, insane shit does pretty well on hun traffic. I have been listed on overflow a few times in the past few weeks. I can't say I have seen any direct sales from it. However, when I get a front page listing, then I will typically get a decent number of sales (3-6 on average main submitted site). Not just the pay site, but also clip stores, and celebrity.
The point being, I can typically tell when I am listed on the Hun's main page (not overflow) even without his confirmation email. I will see a spike in sales across the board that day.Comment

Last time I was on The Hun I made 30 sales. The time before that I made 0. I did a server test with the traffic. 8 1.5 meg videos and one little text link, burned 215 gigs in one day. most I ever got in one day with The Hun was sushi in his dining.... and 60 joins off one days listing on his site the second day was about 30 and then it trickled in while in the archives.

Boy don't I know it. But here is what the bottom line is. Everyone wants to build pretty galleries. Pretty looks good, but don't sell as well as the shit I build. If you build for sales your galleries look as plain as Jane. The sales text is the brightest thing on the page, not the background. You want special keywords in your sales text. Make the surfer feel they are not going to get this weird shit anywhere else, and its the best weird shit on the net. Make your sales text very unique don't give out the same banners and sales text that sponsor do, make your own. Use terms that people are thinking about. Example
This little hottie is so hot and kinky if there was an olympic event for being the kinkyest bitch alive, she would win the gold.. check her out by clicking the link below.
The other little trick to this, is make your sales text normal color, but make the words hot and kinky flash or spin and a different color, second make the word gold a gold color.
Why because you have to capture the surfers eyes then there brain. They are looking for hot girls and they love them kinky, second when you use the word gold it hits the brain as top of the line.
