I was just reading the A.R.S code Aggravated DUI carries up to ten years.
Aggravated Dui hit and run carries up to 11.75 years. Holy Crap

She is going to the joint for at least 2 - 4 years after a good Plea deal

I am guessing 2.5 years or slap on the wrist with probation because she is a female.

You'd be surprised what people can get away with in AZ though.

I've seen first time small offenses get years in prison and I've seen girls with 3-4-5-6 DUI's get 90 days max.
