Need Processing - Low volume - Shopping cart
 

Hi guys,

As we have waited 1 month (playing hide and seek) on GTBill to start processing for their clients again we are looking for a processor for 1 of our sites.

The site sells video downloads thru shopping cart and we need only
processing between 1k and 3k a month.

Been with GTBill for the last 2½ years but time to move on.
We dont have any charge backs at all and can provide previous processing history if needed.

We are located in the EU.
We dont look for a own merchant account (as its too expensive compared to the low volume we do).
We dont look for systems where the customer is required to join that specific system to get processed first like ex. my virtual card paypal etc.

Please post any ideas for processors who could process video download purchases.

Brutal would be more like it.

However, it's not the first time it has happened in this industry. The 'reason' varies, but makes it very difficult all the same.

Got a auto responder sayin you were out of office until Friday the 12th...still nothing from u.

Been with CCBill for 10 years account 903730 and have other sites process thru u...this is a shopping cart for video downloads and my question in the email was if i would have to create a sub account for each clip so like manually make 400 sub accounts so people can buy more than 1 clip at a time?

CCBill couldent do it 4 years back when i asked but maybe something changed since then?

I was just about to recommend CCBill also as we have used them in the past but I just saw you mention that you have them on some sites already. :)

Perhaps consider Zombaio as most feedback on them is very positive (we haven`t personally used them though).
