The Jews are gonna rain down hell on Iran.

They've got a few nukes. Ooooh. Israel's military and weapons arsenal by comparison puts them in the superpower category, and they are not unwilling to go into Iran and remove the threat by force should it come to that. The US is ready to help them, as would be most if not all of the usual coalition nations of the world - GB, Australia, France, Canada, etc.

In short, Iran has about as much chance of "wiping them off the map" as I do.


They will certainly not end up with much of anything in the win column for their own country and their own people's well-being is what my point was. What good is wiping out your perceived enemy if your own country gets burned to a cinder? Hello?

The military operation to remove the Taliban forces is now making sense.

The US is securing areas of operation to the east of Iran. The Taliban has to be removed so that the US can operate without any hassels. The east of Iran is already controlled by US forces in Iraq. You can already see the strategy in play.

we couldnt attack iran until we had full control of iraq and risk saddam creating an uprising with iran against us and possibly the taliban joining in...

Unfortunately in this case it is impossible because of nuclear fallout. Let's say Iran launch a few nuclear/chemical warheads at Israel, what do you think Israel will do?
Probably strike back with full force and obliterate Iran, no one could blame them as most countries would do the same.

The problem is what happens after when the fallout of the Israeli attack start moving in the atmosphere. Think of Chernobyl multiplied by a few hundred times :(

I have a feeling if this were proven true, that they had nukes and had a missile that could deliver them to Israel, Israel would not hesitate long to take them out. However, if that happens I think it would sink the middle east further into the cycle of violence it is already in and it would drag us in with it.

They don't have very big bombs. Nothing like we have - they ahve atomic weapons.

Our test bombs are bigger than what they have. And in war, we use atomic weapons, right now.. bunker busters for caves are tipped with atomic war heads....

We have also done ground level tests... big ones. A couple major bombs in one area of the world, fall out will happen but it isn't like the movies make it sound.
