Which Winter Olympic sport grips you each time ?
 

You know, that sport you never watch apart from every four years when the Winter Olympic comes around?

I know I will end up sucked into curling (yeah, I know but it happens) and then the various forms of speed skating. Especially that one that is like roller derby on ice.

Usually Curling, never ever watch that otherwise. The Hockey is the big thing for me though. Have to watch most the skiing too since we took 2 gold medals so far :)

luge, speedskating, bobsled and downhill. snowboarding and hockey i watch all the time regardless.

Womens figure skating.

Curling.

Apart from that I only watch the hockey games.

Winter games are freaking hardcore IMO

After the last winter games I actually went and play curling.

While we had fun, the game isn't quite as "gripping" to watch anymore.

When the British women won the gold I tried to find a place to play it. However, the only rinks I could find started once you got to the Scottish border and went up.

short track speed skating, that stuff is craaazy. roller durby with razors.

That is the one! That is insane and therefore highly entertaining to watch.

the Biathlon is pretty cool, or as i like to call it the Ski & Shoot.

I have not seen a single second of that except the vido of the luge crash.

Hmm.. well alot of these sports I might watch at other times if they ever had televised/sponsored events. Like the winter x games is always great. Preceeded the olympics by a couple of weeks this year.

I was pretty amazed at the piece they did on Shaun White last evening. Sonofabitch has a private halfpipe in a secret hillside that he reaches only via helicopter! LOL! Must be nice!
