CCBill

My form submission have been insanely low so in trying to see what is going on I used a EU proxy to see what they see and this is what I came across

Just wondering is this what other people in the EU zone are seeing as well?

Can you post a link to the site so we can take a look or send me one? All of the currencies showing like that could be an account setting or your proxy may not have javascript enabled.

Thank you for the reply, link sent to your icq

Yes I have seen this and asked this same question... the question initiated when I was trying to figure out a drop in sales when I had regional billing enabled.

It showed only on my cell phone when I checked my site and ccbill was not able to replicate. Would love to know what happens here.

this has nothing to do with regional billing

this is global forms (where based on the surfers location) it displays the membership price in the surfer's local currency

it appears in this case that the join form is not picking up where this user is located and is freaking out

And since we are here and was going to ask the question in a thread... what are you seeing Form/submissions ... Form/approvals ?

I am seing 6% and 3% and that just seems really low that 3 per 100 people getting to the join form are actually successfully using there CC. How can that be so low?

Yeah, I understand that. It was when I had regional billing enabled that I started doing the research and saw what the OP posted.

That is EXCATLY what my issue is and the reason for checking the forms. I'm use to seeing 10 to 15%. And yes there is a slow down with the reseason and free content and all that but these low form submission % has just started to happen for a month or two now.

I did not receive your message, can you send it again?

We have a few methods we can can discuss with you to help increase ratios such as white labeled join forms and simple join forms with less fields than the normal default forms.

I sent you an email as well. Please understand that I already was forwarded a shell ccbill html page to my designer to customize and it was not easily understood what to do. And after many emails to me from my designer and then to ccbill as a result I canned the process.

I would not only like to discuss these options you mention but make them happen rather quickly if possible. thanks

I replied to you. We have a completely custom setup where you can literally design your own form and that is probably what you are referring to. We also have hundreds of templates in the system that you can upload images to, change colors, etc. The latter are quite easy to configure.

This has been a very frustrating month or two for me but the one thing that I can never knock is the professionalism that CCBill always brings to these post. Thanks for the time and help Paul.
