I need to get prepaid reloadable visa/master like netspend ore revupcard, anybody can recommend a good one to use?

anybody using Western UNion reloadable card?

Western Union, that's what I use and easy to reload with Cash at your local SuperMarket.

western union has its own reloadable card, it is only available in the us.

any prepaid visa cards (either reloadable or not) out there that can be used outside the US? looking to do test transactions on our sites and we process some volume offshort.
