Can a nightmare give you a broken blood vessel in your eye?

I had a big horrible nightmare last night.. first one in ten plus plus years.. I usually only DREAM once a year. So anyway, I woke up screaming.

Then this evening I notice a huge broken vessel in my eyeball. Can't see it unless I move the lower eye lid skin away. I am fairly certain that nothing got in my eye, nothing hit my eye... What else could cause that?

And no, my nightmare wasn't like AYHs... I never even TRIED L*D.. LoL over here

It's possible that during your nightmare you were tossing and you hit your eye on something funny.

i woke up with blood in my eye one morning...it turned out to be leukemia...so if it doesnt get real better by tomorrow, see your doc for some bloodwork...

Like, maybe he hit it with his penis. That would be pretty funny.

My gums seem like they're okay, cut my finger on the car today and it seemed to clot up just like it should.. Only bruise I have I earned.... think I am okay, so far ..

Had no idea you had leukemia man I'm sorry

CPimp 02-16-2010 12:18 AM

Only one guy ever has
Big old Italian guy.. hit like a mack truck, no fucking kidding
Ran away before I ever turned to face him ( I was sitting at a poker table )
I ever find that guy.. man..

He was upset because he knew how often my ex blew me and that I didn't work for anyone.. Guess his job sucked, and he didn't have a woman who would.

He was always crude to women, they couldn't stand him, I felt bad for him until he started to hate me.. I think another reason was I had some good luck at cards the night before that. For once. But I wasn't even playing against him when I was having some luck.

I remember having a broken blood vessel in my right eye that looked JUST LIKE THIS .... But this is my left

Thats amazing. Is this a common treatment now or was that something experimental?

a stem cell transplant in 2001 wasnt too common...usually it was a bone marrow transplant for people with acute leukemia when all other methods failed to work..

i was lucky that they found a donor with a similar leukocyte antigen tissue type in germany and the germans used the newer procedure of extracting stem cells as opposed to bone marrow...the stem cells were flown to vancouver where they were induced into me...i had a terrible time with my body rejecting the cells and my blood type changed from type O, to type B which was the donors blood type... it took me a few years to stabilize after that :)

If I somehow burst an vessel while I was asleep the pain, etc might make me have a bad dream rather than the other way around.
