Pay on Email Programs
 

Looking to try out a program that has a pay-per-email program or something, and I need to know what countries they allow. Let me know.

CECash used to have one. It was actually pretty good back in the day.

CEmags - $1.50/email + $15/upsell + 50% of all dialer revenue + $5 bonus for other sales, and
Gamma mailers
I guess they allow US and a few other countries ...
