CCbtools Questions
 

CCbtools looks as if it has the making to be a wonderful product. I actually subscribed to it for a while last year. As nice as the owners were, CCbtools didn't work for me. Their programmer had just left and the owner of CCbtools found himself in a real pinch. So I left them and had a software program written for my affiliate program. In the end, I'd much rather be using a program like CCbtools IF the support is good. I heard that CCbtools was to be purchased by Techie Media and would have full support. Does anyone know if this purchase actually happened? Please let me know what your experience with CCbtools is, specifically response time to request for technical assistance.

We have been using it for about a year and have nothing but great support from them. They have walked me through numerous features and helped us add new ones. I have really enjoyed it as a product and their team has been nothing but stellar to me.

Tanker offers great support, as we've been working with a number of CCBTool Clients and they always seem to be on top of things.

ive known tanker for years and hes always had a passion for taking care of people...

CCBTools is an affiliate's wet dream :) and if you don't have it, you're losing money and that's just crazy.

You should give them a try again... if they had a bind and are still here a year later, it's a golden sign that they are a great company!

i have no clue about the past...signed on with tanker a couple months back & he has given me way beyond the best support you could ask for. For the rookie webmaster like me, his help & support is the whole reason its worth dishing out cash. i guess i could get a programmer to make me the same tools but then i wouldnt have Tanker at my side. Fuck that shit.

Does CCBTools support CCBill's new WMS?

Thanks everyone for your reponses!! It is exactly what I was hoping to hear. Does anyone have Tanker's current contact info? My tech filled out a request for a demo form yesterday. I am eager for him to get in and have a look.

You can't go wrong with CCBTools. We had a custom product before and this is WAAAY better.

I hope like hell Techie didn't buy it, Without tanker I don't want it lol sorry but he is awesome at support and goes way beyond! Love the script.

My husband wrote CCBtools, he didn't just leave, it was sold. Tanker offers excellent customer service.

This is a great program and from the sounds of it you had tried it when their programmer had just left/sold. Their operation is really good and from all the other praises in this thread, you can probably tell their product is doing really well. If you've been a client in the past, I'm sure Tanker will have no problem giving you a second chance to try it out again. I'm sure you'll love it, it really is a superb product.

BV you asked if it works with WMS and the answer is no, however we are working directly with CCBill and WMS and I will be assigning a programmer the task to begin integration. I am not sure how when the project will be done though. With that being said most of our clients have told me they have no plans to move to WMS if they can avoid it and a few have been wms and left it. I have spoke will CCBill about WMS in great detail and hope to be in thier offices soon to continue that dialogue

On a side note we now have Ala carte pricing that allows you to pick and choose the tools you need!
