This is a forum so news is okay. I agree with you though... for blogs, don't focus on news. Instead, find elements behind the news to craft a "classic" post

thats actually a pretty dumb article.

#1 - dont write about news. he wrote about news and got a lot of traffic from google then realized his readers didn't like news. #2 - dont write about marketing. he wrote a marketing blog then realized there were too many marketing blogs.

this isn't about 15 blog mistakes. its 15 mistakes this idiot made.

anyone with half a brain wouldn't have to go to #2 at all because he'd know how to make a million a year off the news traffic. an hour of research would have avoided the days/weeks/months it took to figure out #2.

(i stopped reading after that. i have other shit to do)

cmon. are mainstream guys this stupid? i gotta get over to that side this year..
