Just had a listen to their debut album the other day. What do you guys think?

I loved RATM, but Chris Cornell's vocals are fuckin' amazing. I really do prefer this album over any RATM i've heard.

I liked Zach better ! Guess it's just a matter of taste, never was a big SoundGarden fan so that doesn't help....
I think they should've asked the ex At the drive-in singer to replace Zach...damn this guy almost have the same voice as Zach... But I have to admit that Chris Cornell brings something new to the band... Sounds good :thumbsup

I've been listening to that album off and on for 3 monhts now, It's not bad, but Cornel's vocals are undermixed and the bass lacks umph as it had when they were RATM

I prefer them both as seperate entities, though the RATM band played some awesome sounding riffs behind Chris. It just didn't fit, maybe i need time to digest it.

vocals were too loud

um, neva heard of em'.

Cedric Bixler is in a band called Mars Volta, last i heard, with the guitarist from At The Drive In. The rest of the guys formed a band called Sparta.

haven't got the whole album yet but I will. I loved the orginal RATM main vocals singer, Audioslave are good but I prefured the old RATM lead singer more.

Have to see if the rest of the album is as good as the sole single i've heard from them.

Good to see at least some part of RATM back, one of my fav bands.
