The Demo's NEED SO BADLY a new leader cause Gore wasn't it. Hillary has too many negatives to win in '04. If she does run it'll be in '08 after 6 more years of repositioning herself.

Bush is not a shoe-in for '04. If the US economy continues to fumble and stumble he could get the boot in the same way his father did. Bush's only talent as a politician is turning war rhetoric into political capital, and I can't see him being able to keep that act up for another 2 years. Sooner or later it will get old, and when it does people are going to vote their pocketbooks.
