wow, i didn't even know such service existed.... seriously mad respect to the company....

not enough every ticket i have opened was handled within 2-5minutes...

so now i had some urgent issue, again it was handled light fast and after this
the support guy calls me to my phone (and i`m not a US citizen) CONFIRMING that everything is fine and actually my ticket was handled properly...

Simply no words. yet again mad props to the company!

I've been giving these guys props, constantly! We joined them in June, 2009 and we have never had an issue. 2-5 minute ticket returns are the norm for NN!
