Internet Lawyers: Anyone have recommendations:

I need to speak to a lawyer who has expertise in mainstream internet more so on the side of terms and conditions and subscription services.

I do not want a lawyer who is going to waste my time and tell me obvious info.

Does anyone have recommendations on someone who has business savvy and understands the balance between risk and reward.

thanks in advance.

region is not an issue, we are advertising in north america and UK.

NY, DC area would be best but talking to the right people in a different area would not be an issue.

Pass it over it is not an issue.

this is for a legitimate business but i need terms set up in a way that will make sure to protect our billing. this may take some creativity. nothing worse then wasting time with lawyers who are going to read to you out of a text book and give you google answers.

this guy seems to be more of the lines of 2257 record keeping and adult in general.

this is for mainstream.

Can you describe in a little detail what you are looking for and I might be able to make a referral...

If its just TOUs and website subscriptions I might be able to help... it depends. What is the general niche of the mainstream site ?

the general nature is mainstream credit card processing, terms and conditions, cancellations , refund policies and support policies.

i cant go into detail on a public forum.

someone who specializes within this field should be able to understand. almost along the lines of the Acai sites and subscription services. but we are doing a different category and process.

Dozier Internet Law is not your typical law firm. We only handle Internet law legal disputes. John W Dozier Jr founded his first E-Commerce business, Dozier Electronic Commerce Solutions, in February of 1994, at the very infancy of the web. After 15 years as a litigation attorney, John turned his attention full time to the new business in 1996, raised $3.5 Million in venture capital, and was the primary chief architect of some of the first E-commerce applications for American Express, Citicorp, Sears, First USA Bank, and American General Finance. By 1997 the company was being recognized for its innovations and success as the “Top Emerging Technology Company” in the Central Virginia area. He returned to practicing law in 2001 with the founding of Dozier Internet Law.
Good luck...
