Any iphone app programmers on the board?
 

I have a good idea for an app and am looking to hire or partner someone who can make this idea a reality. Have a very small budget. Is iphone app programming hard to learn? Anyone know a good tutorial?

Most of these guys make $40 to $100 an hour.. there is a huge demand for them so they are not cheap.
