I seem to be loosing 2-5 contacts pr DAY.....this shit has been going on for a WHILE

A couple of years ago I asked why adult was still using icq and I was then told that it was one of the most secure messengers, at the time. Is this still the case?

On my Mac, I've always found that ICQ is a resource hog, and I've been running 4GB RAM. It just seems to screw everything up for me, so I never use it.

I switched to skype a long time ago. If I open icq its only to catch someone real quick, then I turn it off.
