It's bad news for 10% of the work force. But yes it is actually much higher.

They dont count people who stop looking for job and they don't count self employed business going under.

It is an illusion. You cant lose 20,000 jobs and have the unemployment rate go down.

This is about right. The unemployment going down allegedly means nothing. The market is in the process of its correction or rather, collapse.

As the Unemployment benefits run out for people and still no jobs, Those same people are applying for welfare. Now the Welfare % is on the raise. No one is showing that to the public.

The news is that it DIPS, lowers, went DOWN. Thats why it's positive news. Country First.
