MetaMan great summary of the events man. This guy really was out of line and even admitted he was told in writting that in a week on the last day of the month his account was getting deleted. He chose not to reply or ask for more time and was even given 2 extra days, then complains that his data was gone? in the end it wasn't because techie gave him a free backup, but even if it was gone he was told it would be. The Techie guys are a class act and was done wrong by this this guy no matter how you slice it.
