Here's what I suggest for maximum SEO, you or some trusted writer make THREADS that are SEO'd/targeted and let my cheap poster army reply to those threads. Hence, they add content based on your rules (which could be detailed enough to include SEO instructions for the replies). If their posts don't comply, you don't lose anything cuz you don't have to pay them for noncomplying posts. Cool, eh?:thumbsup
