Who uses free analytics other than Google Analyitcs? Everyone has frightened me to the point where I dont want to put GA across the network and lose SEO traffic.

What? I used to have GA across my network but took it all offline because what's the point? I had internal server analytics already running and my SERP positions have gotten better... but that's because of other things i'm doing, which has nothing to do with adding or removing GA from my sites.

I use awstats and webalizer.

But how does Analytics fuck up ya SEO traffic?

I just stopped using Analytics because it slows down my sites...

just used the demo... pretty fucking neat... breaks down referrers for SE and the exact keywords from the SE

Some people have suggested that if you link your sites together a lot putting them all on the same google analytics account can make it more likely you get penalized for it. Do you guys like any of the free ones as much as Google Analytics?

I think that he is thinking that with 1 GA account. Google will see that all the sites belong to 1 person? He is interlinking...just a guess.
