If you could develop a VOD software what features would you consider and what not?

I have to write an article and i'd like to collect some feedback.

Any feature you like in particular?

selection, heatmaps, multiple images per scene that take you right to the point where the picture was taken, custom user pages, playlists, meta data on the stars, directors.

really what makes hotmovies stand out is it's size.

Size does matter.
