Another Very Happy Webair Customer
 

Just letting everybody know that I just moved over my server to Webair and couldn't be happier. :thumbsup

It's been running for just about a week now and I have had zero issues. Firewall just went in today and didn't even notice a loss of service.

Mike really went out of his way to give me a great deal, while Chris put in the extra work to make sure everything was done correctly... blocking all the Chinese class a's must have been fun ;)

Gerard also checked in a lot to make sure everything was going along smoothly.

I don't pay for a managed server, but still Chris really did a lot of work that he shouldn't have had to do. :)

As for some diagnostics:
- Google Page Speed is way down after the last week
- Not one second of downtime in a week

I'm so happy I got another server from them and am in the process of moving over my mainstream stuff right now :winkwink:

I looked over all the usual suspects and Webair stuck out as the most responsive IMO...

Everyone should really give these guys a good look if you're looking for a new dedicated server :2 cents:

BTW: Moved hosts after my old host got bought out and they went downhill quick... :mad:

Been with them for a few years now myself and havent looked back. The boys really go out of their way to help people out....even on a virtual account which I started on myself. As soon as business picked up, I grew out of the virtual account and the upgrade was quick and I experienced no downtime. In fact my uptime right now on the server is 829 days :) good work Webair

maybe my next choice

I've never had a problem with them, don't like the new accounting lady they have though not a people person! *shrugs* Wish they would bring back the old accountant. Other then that it's been great!

i have been with webair for almost 5 years now
always great, always getting back to you when i need stuff, always up, very professionnal and cool guys - even though i actually never met them in person

webair rocks, if you are thinking about changing your host, dont even hesitate...

that kind of thread shows that professionalism and consistancy pay in this business

I have had some stuff with Webair for 2 years now and I have to agree, the boys rock!

I used Webair for a lot of my sites and Gerard is one of the easiest people to work with in the whole industry. Every time I need something done it happens quickly and is never an issue. That kind of customer service is rare these days and worth its weight in gold for any web business. :thumbsup

mike, gerard,sandy and diana are all peeps that are easy to work with.

tech staff imho does a great job as well, and many of them know me and have some chit chat with me while i wait for stuff to get done.

Webair was one of the smarter moves ive made in my business.
