Looking for Cheap Hosting
 

I need to set up a server so I can offer free hosting to my affiliates - can anyone recommend good cheap hosting for this? Ideally I'd like to have the server come with a way to allocate X gigs to each user account I create. Post me your links, thanks!

anything with cpanel's whm can set bandwidth and disk space limits per account. each user would need a separate cpanel reseller account setup, its a real simple process.
