Well duh. I would think a country with ten times more population would also have ten times more doctors, and be ten times more likely to have a specialist he was looking for.... just simple odds really. :2 cents:

Yeah but the OP is always trashing Canadian healthcare and it seems as though this is an article he is using as proof or something. I live in Canada and if I needed Heart Surgery I would look for my best option. It very well could be in another country especially a larger one with many more specialists.
