Ever since they dropped their best converting sites and started x-sales that can't be removed by the surfer I removed them. Their ratios went downhill before.

is that true - they've got x [i suppose cross-sales] that cannot be removed/changed and user must signup with them and needs to unsubscribe later if he don't want?
