My friends sister has some nasty shit posted up about her on there and wants to get it removed. That site is totally not cool...shit like that can follow a person around for a long time if they get their name google'd or something. How are these guys not battling off hundreds of libel suits?

Because most of the pictures are public domain and opinions of someone's looks or character are not grounds for a defamation suit. Might be low brow but it's legal.

If that's the case, she should contact a lawyer. But a lot of times they just state "this is what someone wrote in to us" and are protected by that.

Honestly i don't even give a shit, but im sure she's losing sleep over it. Its not the pics that are offending, its the text. The pics are just the regular standing in a nightclub style they have everywhere. I told her to email them and just be nice about it. This is a pretty nice girl, not some scandalous gutterslut
