They forwarded me through and now the line has just been ringing for several minutes :Oh crap

Ive been calling straight through the last 16 mins, haven't even gotten through yet

the front desk lady comes back every 5 minutes or so and says let me try to connect you
she connects me and lets it ring a few times and says the lines are still busy and puts me back on hold

idk why they dont take the reservations over the website ;/

Booked! I got right through, no wait at all.

And a props to CCBill to limiting it to two rooms per call. Makes for more of a variety able to attend. =)

The code 2TH2E2 does not work on their website.
It gives the error "Invalid Group Code"

Does not work either if I use the code as an "Corporate/Promotion Code"

Yeah I keep calling between the main desk and the reservations line, I got though once to the main desk but when she forwarded me to reservations, it just rang and a answer machine picked up. Now I get a "all circuits are busy" through the main desk, and the reservations line just rings till a answering service picks up.

now taking numbers and calling back to make the reservations lol xx

are they doing that through their answering machine, or actually getting on the phone telling people?

o.0 i got a resveration agent who said she needs to put me on hold for a minute ;x

They must be discriminating against foreigners :(

they put me on hold, and then put me through to reception who took my number and said the booking lines are too busy so tthey would call me back xx

personally i wouldnt trust that - id keep trying to get thru on the 800 547-8705 number

which number is that through? 480.894.1400, i just keep getting "All circuits are busy", Im trying to the 1800 one also, and that one just rings and says no one is there to take my call.

I havent been using that number and i've got two booked. Lol! Back on hold again. xx

Yes im on 4808941400. Omar's been trying too and keeps getting "all circuits are busy" but I seem to have managed to get through every time. Just not getting very far once i'm in the queue. Lol. xx

i called every 10 mins from 7am lol...was gonna try keep the woman talking until 8 so i got straight through, but ended up calling back 7.59 and got through! hope you get through soon!! xx
