Epassporte + Their HORRIBLE sales/CS service [for BUSINESS clients!!!] + 9% charge?!?
NOTE: Michael O can't help me here, because this is not his department. So please, read on!
I emailed Epassporte 2 weeks ago, inquiring to open a business account, 10 days later I get a reply. I write back, and now I have to wait an other 10 days to get a simple answer. Where the FUCK is the customer service?? Business Epassporte charges 9% (apparently) if a personal account goes to send funds to a business account. 9%!!!! This is ludicrously high fee compared to competing merchant accounts in the first place, BUT OK.... AT LEAST they could provide some proper customer service, hell I am making a SALES inquiry and it takes WEEKs to get an answer, even though it should take a day or two!!! Lets not get started on their horrible Me-Speaky-No-Englishy support!!! |

One thing I would like to know, what is the underlying problem with epass, how come NONE of the other departments/contacts can answer emails promptly... |

It is true general epassporte customer service could be better, but for that alone, epassporte is WORTH all the headache to get a business account. I am still waiting to hear from ePassporte is on my business account application. It's been about 25 days with no email or phone call. Have almost forgotten about my application until I read this thread.
