is it really the sincerest form of flattery? i was looking at some sites posted today, and had to laugh at a couple of things (that may or may not have to do with some of my sites).

If it's a bad imitation then it's just flatering, but if it's a complete ripoff i get mad...but still, there really is no reason to get mad since in most cases you can't do shit...just sit back and enjoy the ride...

I will be the 1st to admit, you gave me the idea for one of my sites.. but I dont think it can be even compared or described in anyway close to yours..

copying your ideas is one thing.... but stealing is another... if someone steals your artwork/code etc then u should do everything to protect your ownership

i was going to actually post a couple of urls I found that were VERY close to your sites' layout concept etc.. but I didn't want to be a rat :)

and what were you doing back then? look at any site at that time. they'll all generate a few laughs.

I didn't get online til 2000 and even then it was only mainstream.
