I have this mainstream adult entertainment blog which is now exploding with unique visitors (bout 4K day now). The content is rich in profanity and generally not fit for adsense so I thought I would ask here for recommendations to other mainstream advertising solutions.

taking a stab in the dark because i don't know the specific adult niche, but you are talking R rated stuff, have you thought about Maxim and that kind of thing? Spike? have you looked at what they advertise?
