How much will ipad.com go for?

Will Apple fork over a ton, try to put their lawyers to work, or not go after it at all?

Both iphone.com and ipod.com redirect to apple.com.

Since it was first registered in '97 and is a legitimate branding platform for a domain, I doubt their lawyers can do much. Should be a nice payday, I'm guessing.

yeah, they might be in private talks but I doubt Apple legal can do much about it.
