What To Use To Embed My Movies Into WP

I found a plugin to embed movies into my posts called flv-embed, I'm having a couple of problems with this and was wondering if there is anything better that people are using

I've not had any trouble using flv embed. You could try this one, which I also use:

It's rather easy to embed JW FLV Player by yourself.

Never had a problem with flv-embed either.
