I have also got some email today from users who had signed up
with Discover cards. It looks like Ibill has declined them because as an EU Ibill site we can no longer accept discover cards.

Any EU guys been able to accept them? We did get them to turn our JCB cards back on.

I can only process visa/master by Ibill EU, but I noticed that Quiet have Discover and JCB also on his joinpage?

I also have VISA + MC logo only on my join page

Contact your IBill rep and specially ask him about the 'Pay status' of your accounts. Mine was set to 'do not pay'. If you have celebrity sites on your account you are most likly on 'no pay' as I am

Call Ibill, you wont get that wire because your account is set to do not pay.

Are you really still sitting there after all this time waiting for that wire?

Only if I click on "Show Valid Check Dates" in the CMI. It shows the amount but no details. Using "Statements" or Merchant Statement" shows nothing.

This is the first time since 1998 that we have not received a payment as expected from Ibill. I can only hope it shows up later today.

We received our wire on friday.

I didn't get my wire either and I verfied that I am NOT on Do Not Pay.

Anyone notice that the new update banking info thing that's required no later than the day after Xmas isn't working? I log in, it shows my merchant id and a menu, I click on the Update Banking Info and am sent to another login page.

Funny, they give us 3 days to do this crap in, even if we don't need to change our banking info, we still have to login and verify it, yet their FUCKING website doesn't work!

Ibill has stolen my website from me as far as I'm concerned. My payout is now 8 days late and every time I call, I get some stupid bitch telling me that she understands my frustration. I told the slut that if Ibill paid her ass 8 days late, she wouldn't be sitting there spouting platitudes, she'd be working somewhere else.

I say it's time to class-action good ole Ibill. They're headed for the sewer fast.

I just got off the phone with them as well again. The person there told me the sponsored merchant area of the CMI would show my wire information so I could confirm it, but it does not.

Whoever sent the email to update banking email is somewhat brain dead. If I actually had to go to my bank to change anything I can't because the banks are closed on Xmas and Boxing Day. Hello! You can be damn sure my rep is not going to be in on those days as well.

Having this happen two days before Xmas is just outrageous. I was certainly hoping to have a worry free Xmas this year, especially after all the IPSP nonsense. As well it would have been nice to have that cash handy today to give a taste to all of the people who have helped me through all of these troubles. As it is I understand I may get a payout sometime after the 5th of January, 36 days since the last payout.

I dare say it, but we have been Scrooged!
