CCBill and Form Clicks

I'm just wondering if anyone else has a problem with CCbill not showing form clicks, I test on some of my sites and it doesn't register. The only sale I've ever made was from one of the sites that do register the clicks.
They tell me everything is ok and if its tracking the unique or raw hits then everything is ok.. but I'm not so sure. I just started promoting ccbill sites cause I liked the idea of everything being on one check but something is wierd.

Yeah my click stats are not working properly. I ran some test then spent over an hour with support explaining my issue and my stats are still not working properly.

makes me wonder if i'm just sending non referred sales to my sponsors...
I know i'm using the right link codes...
most havn't switched to whatever new thing that CCBill did...
I dont know what to do...
If you run test sales do you get refunds?

When you click through your link and hit ccbills https join form you should be able to view source and search and find your ccbill affiliate id number.

If it shows up there you are good to go. If not then something is wrong.

The most common mistake for ccbill affiliates that use the "merge" feature is not putting the right number in their link.

When you use the merge feature, make sure you you DO NOT put your main ccbill number in your link code for each site you push.

YOU MUST use the ccbill id number that each program assigned you when you merged with it.

As a long time ccbill sponsor this is the most common mistake I see made by affiliates. Doesn't happen all that often, but it happens.

Just make sure you have the right number in your link code. It can be found in the email that was sent to you as well as in your ccbill affiliate admin.

If all else fails CCBill has 24/7 support via chat and tel, as well as email. If you are in doubt you can always call them up and have them do a test transaction using your affiliate link. That's what they are there for.

Cheers,
BV

ummm... there has been a problem with tracking stats forever. As a site owner, ahh, join form hits going wacky, not registering, etc.

I bumped this thread. I dropped CCBill half a decade ago because of the ups and downs with joins. Now I see that the stats are still just as shitty as ever. 1:10 ratio of uniques to raw my ass. 1 form click per 200?
