Oh yes, he pulled some weird shit on a few of the girls he reps.

I heard this from two models and a shooter who caught him in the act.
He took a girls cell phone out of her purse while she was in the dressing room on a shoot and sent all her personal pics and contacts to his phone.
The Photographer confronted him about it, and the model flipped out.

He is also under investigation for rape or misconduct with minors.
He has way to many minors on his adult recruiting myspace page as well.

He is also operating with out a license.

What license are you talking about? A business license, drivers license, or what?

Operating without an assumed business name, city business license, or even a tax payers ID may be illegal, but nobody cares except when you try to open an account at a bank as some company name.

Just about all pornstars I know operate under thier own names, meaning no license is needed and some of them don't even have a drivers license too :1orglaugh Same goes for the so called Agents who find a girl and get a finders fee...they are simply operating under their own names and it is up to them to report the income to the IRS....or not.

You know, every industry has its scumbags, thief's and scam-artist. Anyone with simple common business sense can spot these guys and if you deal with them and get burnt, nobody is going to cry for you. And, those without any business sense we just laugh at them.

I'm working with models directly as a photographer (which isn't illegal)

For the models that I do actually work with, we get along very well and I do still talk to them.
