    Anyone from Various, Inc. (Get It On) available?

    I've been trying to get my w9 over to you guys but the fax number provided has been disconnected (408-744-9374). I've tried emailing you guys with no response as well.

    Anyone around that can take care of this for me?

              I used the fax number provided in the 'payment declined' email. You should probably update that.
