already took my daily max dosage plus i gotta be up in 3 or so hours..

I switched from my daily fix of 2-3 cups of very strongly brewed coffee to green tea about four months ago, and find myself much more settled. Also, I find it easier to sleep and my dreams are much more vivid.

There is an amazing variety of green tea out there, so you can constantly be trying new blends...
