So I paid for and got a blog developed and started with some content on BustyLesbians.com (a month's worth of posts). The man behind DansMovies.com developed it, did the starter content and bought a bunch of links and did a great job IMO. Unfortunately, I never have had the time to update it, so it's simply been sitting there with the starter stuff on it for 5 months. Last month, the site had 1471 visitors and 4060 pageviews. Despite NO updates in 5 months, it's been page 2 for busty lesbians...a little bit of updating and it'd likely make its trek up to #1 where it'd stand to get about 6,000/mo of visitors at least, not to mention traffic it would get from other terms. I haven't checked EVERY sponsor but the ones I checked had no sales, so I'm going to assume the site has had no sales. It doesn't matter much anyways because the primary value is in the domain.

BustyLesbians.com is a 1998-registered exact niche gem. Roald recently posted the top 10 pornstars of 2009 and guess what? All 10 were busty! Titties still win the day, and busty lesbians gets an average of 14,800 searches per month. 40% of that traffic would stand to go to you if you hit #1 in Google, and given it hit page 2 and stayed there with relatively little on it and you'd have an easy advantage with the exact matching .com domain, you'd get there handily with updating it again.

My Price: $3,000. I was offering the domain for sale for $2,000. I spent $1,250 for the dev/posts/links. I'm only going to increase the price by $1,000 though, which still wouldn't be a bad price for the domain alone let alone with a site done and ready to get traffic in.

I also still have the domain AmazingTits.com. I normally price it at $1,500, but if you want to buy BustyLesbians.com w/ site and AmazingTits.com, it'll cost you $4,000 ($500 discount). :)

Email or ICQ me if you can buy. Given it's domain and site, I would prefer to go the Escrow route unless I've dealt with you before. I have a server that it's on but tbh it would likely do just fine on shared hosting, or you may already have a server or hosting account to put it on such that you're spending nothing more on hosting fees.

Price reduced to $2,750. Taking a $500 hit on the development cost given what my price had been for domain alone. It would not take much work to get this #1 for busty lesbians, which would be a nice bunch of prime niche traffic!

Thank you sir! It's now up to #14 on Google for Busty Lesbians. I haven't touched it in over 5 months! Just checked and it had its 2nd biggest traffic day ever, 112 visitors, 300 pageviews on Jan 25. We all know niche traffic can sell a lot better than general hardcore traffic, so one of you who knows what they're doing, get this, build the traffic and conversion and you'll have a cash cow on your hands and will have made back this purchase price in a hurry!

I'm nuts - and lowering the price to only $2,300 for this! This is pretty much break-even price so if it doesn't sell for this, I may as well hold.

The domain is good because it's an exact subniche and is searched nearly 15,000 times per month on Google. For those of you who don't realize why that's important for the domain, I haven't updated it now in almost SIX MONTHS and it JUST reached page ONE for busty lesbians in the past few days. I haven't fucking TOUCHED it and it's fucking #8 for busty lesbians. Domain is so important to ranking easily.

Oops, make that #7 on Google now for busty lesbians. Marching up despite only a month's worth of posts and no additions in nearly 6 months. What's an exact keyword matching domain worth again? :)

yes i understand how the 2 keywords make a highly searched keyphrase, I've worked in SEO for 4 years. I just wanted to comment on how good the domain was and wish you luck :thumbsup

Was more explaining it for other readers :P. Never know how anyone might misunderstand value of something. When the overture keyword tool was the primary tool of choice, with it not breaking out variations of keywords or separating plural from singular, it'd have people thinking PlayPokersOnline.info was a good domain, lol. The good ol' days...

Great domain, I'm surprised no one's snagged this for 3k yet. I think this is on par with pornreviews dot com in terms of search volume/exact keyword match.

FYI, this is not a deal for someone merely looking for current traffic...the domain alone is worth it.

Will drop price back down to $2,000 - traffic now with the #3 position is about 135 unique visitors a day now. The domain is where most of the value is in this of course but it doesn't hurt to already have a nice ranking. :)
