Opt-In Mailer Gurus please step inside
 

I want to know what software or services is good for mailing opt-in lists.
I want to have a landing page setup where people would enter their name and email address.

I also want them to get a confirmation email to verify their email address. Then every few days i want to send them a email with a different offer and it shouldn't hit spambox. Since these people are requesting to get the mails. Its 100% legit? What other info do i need to save for proof? I will read up on can-spam law.

I seen a lot of companies doing this and wonder how its done.

Anyone currently doing this and can help me out? I can pay for your time.

lol.. the guys who are hitting inbox are making $xx,xxx a day, they wont spill their secrets.. but a lotta the big boys use volomp or stedb

aweber, getresponse, and icontact dont allow adult..

depending on how big you plan on your list getting, there are many ways to mail and get into the inbox without being whitelisted..

aweber, constant contact, icontact... all of those are going to have terms against adult.

No matter how opt-in your original list is, any time your mailer sends out a confirmation, you're going to lose a lot of your addresses. :2 cents:

I just got someone here in the office to make me a opt in/out script that works fine for my newsletters then I hooked it up with www.EmailStats.com that tracks when mails get opened and what links clicked etc etc.....maybe not much help but if you want more details just let me know.
