Florida's next...can't WAIT!
I wish they would skip all the bullshit and make medical marijuana acceptable nationwide.
Bump for all the NJ stoners..:pimp
I know this is totally unrelated, but I can't stop watching Jersey Shore and I don't understand why. I wish it was on 24 hours a day.

it's a great step forward but, unfortunately it's one of the strictest medical marijuana laws in the country, to get it you have to basically be terminally ill. so it really limits who can get access to the drug. i'm guessing if all goes well they will loosen their grip, this will be seen as the "trial".
Oh great, just what we need, those Jersey Shore guidos hopped on on grass. I'm sure having a hair blowout, or to much time in the tanning bed, will qualify as a medical condition for it.

Marijuana benefits patients so now they are getting access to it and they should remain the priority. |
I heard earlier on the news that California is considering a vote to tax marijuana.
Already legal here in Colorado, or you can get caught and pay the one dollar fine...gasp
Recreational use aside, I think it is appalling that doctors can't prescribe it to patients.
I know someone with MS, and if you have ever seen someone with MS before and after smoking marijuana and can still say that medical marijuana shouldn't be allowed then you are just plain evil. It makes it possible for them to live again. |
The war on drugs and punishing people for using them makes no sense at all, they should just legalize it, imagine how much time and money can be saved if Cops stop chasing potheads.
Yes, but in NJ they'll figure out a way to spend even more more money on the legal regulation of pot.
