I dont want the footer links in the bottom and was wondering if you know where to buy this without the footer links

edit index save it, view source see the footer ... copy code to footer.php and there you go.. but buy the theme...

The other thing is, they don't specify that you keep the footer do they?

if you buy the theme, remove the links. Your not being forced to pay AND leave their link...it's your site, put your own footer links.

I don't think there is a premium version of the theme, that is a free theme.

You should have emailed him and said "I'm using your theme on a gay midget fisting site, and would like to remove the link, is this a problem?". They usually say to go ahead.
