Man, terrible start of a new year with lots of hits, very few conversions....
if this is a sample of what we will see in 2010 we are all fried
(not a complaint, just a forecast)

this month started well for me and bam, sales tape totally turned off since last 3 days.

I think the scrub is up for the new year or something...my conversions are normally as constant as the fucking atomic clock

I removed all sponsors with pre-checked/non-checked crossales and increased bounce rate.

Kids, he's got a point there, trust me.:thumbsup

On another note, don't expect the same ratios than 2 years ago, when all hell broke loose.

December was our best month in 15 months and sofar January looks like it will be better.
Personally im not sure why that is though as i dont run that part of the system...

adult sales are noraml. mainstream sales are rocking.
people plan their weight loss in every new year so diet pills selling pretty well. :)

I have some great advise for those who are dumping is sales.

Demand better products, it's QC. I turn down many DVD products because it will not convert.
So far I see desperation, like self shot, GF content, it sucks. This is not myspace.
But so far I see webmasters jumping on almost any idea that I would not distribute anywhere.

Shoot better content, raise the bar. Bring me better high quality content and I will put it on the list. My sale are not hurting, i will not purchase junk that is why my sale are great!

Agreed. In 12 years of doing this the only seasonal slowdown I have ever noticed is just after New Years.
