Watching for the first time tonight in about 3 years. Wow does this show suck now.

I thought it was cancelled but I happened to catch an episode a few weeks back. Paulie Jr was designing a portable BBQ for Coleman. Exciting stuff. :disgust

Isn't the fat guy a drug addict now or something too?

I liked it the 1st 2 years, but with so much on cable...unless your into riding it got boring. :2 cents:

yeah its a joke now. tuned in to an episode a few weeks ago & they showed paul jr's mansion. Mikey had a piano recital? No clue why the show is not cancelled.

I still watch it but it lost a lot.

now it's more a soap opera than a reality.

I have 1 TV at the moment so my wife got me watching Jersey Shore, Real World, Housewives of, bridzillas, kardashians, and the Hills. :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

She does work 13 night shifts a month...then I watch a lot of sports and news.

i like the show :)

used to be a good show, then they got hugely commercial and then it started to suck. they're just milking the money now. wanna see them build real bikes vs custom bikes for corporations.

The show's been on for 7 years. Haven't seen the last 3+ years of it Hard to keep anything fresh and entertaining for that long.

I watched it yrs ago for the bike part, then it slowly satrted to turn into the soap it is today, with all the bickering and bitching between father and son. Channer surfing last night, I happened to click on it and lo and behold, they were talking about father and son relationship! WTF, that lasted a few seconds till I got the hell off there:disgust

I still enjoy the show but it's nothing compared to what it used to be.. :-/

Love the power block....

As with most good reality shows they move away from the basic "topic" of the show and focus more and more on the characters and drama.
Same with million dollar listing and many more.

I still like it. There is more drama now between the family than ever. Mikey has pretty much failed in life. Pauly Jr. and Senior are both at odds with each other because of their macho/"won't back down" attitudes. Pauly Jr. is trying to prove to his dad that he's just as smart as him by starting his own company, but ultimately, it's looking like he's just a big dumb douche.

I don't really watch the show but I saw a commercial about him going to rehab or something to that effect a few weeks ago.

Can someone break that down for me? What happened? What is he on?

I believe he is on the bottle. I am going to see those episodes tonight to find out. Anyways, yes, the show pretty much went to shit since Vinnie left. It, and especially american hotrods of late Boyd Coddington, are rather examples of horrible company management than entertainment shows.

They unveiled a new bike a couple weeks ago in my hometown, and Paul, Mikey and Paulie all were there and seemed to be getting along just fine. I don't know if the drama has been resolved, or if the drama just exists for the show.

I used to like it but havent watched it for a long time now.

i enjoy the show, not as much as at first.

but the show has never been about motorcycles, riding motorcycles, or building motorcycles. it is, has, and always will be drama. if it were about bikes it would have more about bikes, if it were about riding bikes it would have more riding bikes, if it were about building bikes it would have more about building a bike.

no, instead of any of that, the producers will show paul sr. going to the dentist or mike baking grand ma a pie or jr flying an rc helicopter into a ceiling fan.

the 1st episode and 1st few seasons were all about sr and jr bickering and that is the appeal of the show.

too bad that entire family is 100% dysfunctional.

big paulie still cracks me up. can't watch too much of it though.
